Please don't use this company as the guarantee is apparently not worth the paper it's printed on. I have attempted to get someone to look at why the damp course they installed in our house is failing by calling multiple times, leaving messages and writing emails. Now no one answers the phone so clearly they do not want to make good on their guarantee. Avoid, avoid, avoid. In response to their reply: They have not been in contact with us so the idea that I have been made aware of anything is pure fantasy. They may have revisited the property before we purchased and discussed with the previous owners but, as I mentioned in the original post, they refuse to get in contact with me.
