Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I was with Donna who at first was very friendly. However, out of the 5 lessons I had, 3 were cancelled on me at last minute. Then when I had to cancel a lesson due to being in hospital I was charged. Donna told me this would be resolved and agreed to refund this/take it out my block due to the circumstances. However when speaking to the office they said she denied this, and I received an aggressive text from Donna lying about what she had said to me. My next driving lesson, she didn't turn up and said she had tried to contact me (which she hadn't) and I was going to be charged for the lesson. Donna spent many lessons speaking badly on other pupils and I would not recommend her as an instructor.

I used Hardip in Southampton for my automatic licence, I couldn't recommend him more! He has a great style of teaching and caters for your needs helping you with what you think you need to work on whilst constructively advising on areas he thinks you need to work on. Makes you feel very at ease and easy to get on with. He really made sure I was ready for all situations using a wide variety of different roads and any given situation not just test routes. I passed first time with next to no miners. Great Guy all round and worth using

I passed my driving test in the 1st attempt with Mr. Tony Hislop. I can not recommend Tony enough for the amount of experience and driving tips he is willing and capable of sharing during the lessons. He is very well familiar with all test routes, test centres, and examiners. The test route I had was actually one that Tony took me through twice or 3 times at least. Thus, I was extremely comfortable on the test day. Tony is so honest he would tell you whether or not you're ready for the test even if the number of lessons is comparatively small. He will make sure a number of times you've got all your show me- tell me questions covered. He'll actually give you even more tips that only driving experience for a long period of time would give you. He's patient, friendly, and is always on time (a few minutes early actually! :-) I think Mr. Hislop is such an asset for 1st 4 driving! Cannot wait to start my Pass Plus with him soon I hope.
