Excellent. I have been with 1pMobile since 2021 and having ported my main number and spare number to all four MNOs and many of the MVNOs over the years, it is the best PAYG network. I am now on the £36 yearly tariff so, for the equivalent of £3 per month, I get unlimited calls, unlimited texts and 250MB of data – more than enough as I am usually connected to a WiFi network. Furthermore, PAYG customers get WiFi calling and VoLTE included - O2 please note! I rate the 1pMobile website as the best out there; in addition to a comprehensive usage breakdown of calls, texts and data, it offers customers the option to enable or disable a host of network settings.

Most mobile phone service providers confuse me, far to many options. We used 3, pay as you go, but with the huge hike in cost, it didn't make sense. I can't understand the amount of complaints for 1p mobile, everything looks so simple. We use the £36 a year service.. unlimited calls, unlimited texts, and 250mb data, being retired we don't need much data, when we go on holiday we buy a data boost, simple. I don't understand why people don't pay the one off £36 a year and forget about making sure you've topped up or used to much. Best signal we've had, guess that's down to EE, three/four bars at the moment, using 3 we had to go outside and walk around until we got a bar. We are on a contract for £36 a year, our kids and grandkids are paying that and more a month. Paying so little, I don't expect the fastest service calls, only made one, slow to answer but lovely once I'd gotten through.

Recently moved over to 1p mobile. Very quick to send sim out to me. easy setup and porting number over, all done quickly and exactly as and when they said it would. I used to be with EE but then made the mistake of going Tesco Mobile ( to slow). Bought my own phone and now back to using EE network but much cheaper. A happy customer, can’t fault them so far.

Changed my tariff on the 16.1.23 to include data. I had a problem with the set-up on my phone telephoned customer service and they helped me set up my phone. I have been with penny for 6 years and have had excellent service throughout

Brilliant service and very reasonable charges, I have been using 1P Mobile for some time now and cant fault them, I'm hoping they start a broadband service so I can sign up..

I paid £10 10 days ago and not received SIM yet, which they said would 2-3 days! & have heard nothing from them! Not a good start.

Poor company to deal with them. No support. They will not answer the phone either. There International calls don't work and domestic calls get cut off. They owe me money that I have paid upfront in good faith and there is zero response to my refund request
