I've bought 2 cars from 1BR now, a 5 series and recently an XC90. The service is genuinely excellent. Our newest purchase needed a very slight oil top up following its service and one of the team drove to our house the next day with a top up bottle and did it on the drive. In a trade awash with cowboys trying to turn a fast buck 1BR stand out as a welcome antidote. Would highly recommend!
