Great service..excellent price and super communication..only the negative thing the delay of receiving the tickets make you suspicious and asking the customer service many time about the time of your tickets delivery.but truth to be told they were very open and had patience to answer all my doubt and question immediately and finally apologize by Compensate me with an upgrade seats.

Honestly great service. Went to FA Cup Final Liverpool vs Chelsea. Paid for a long side upper ticket, they upgraded me for free to a long side lower ticket with a better view! While I had to collect a ticket at the stadium and was a bit of a hassle looking for the agent, Adam from customer service was top notch in guiding me therefore no patience was lost. Would recommend! I personally learned of this from my brother who only purchases from here as well, so word of mouth!

Excellent service. We visited London for the fireworks at New Years Eve 2019/2020, but as were from The Netherlands we didnt knew youd be needing tickets for the event. As a sold out event we were able to still get our hands on 2 tickets through here. We could choose to get them send to our hotel or pick them up at their office, we picked them up. And everything went fine. Plus we were able to see sone more from London that way! And the fireworks... absolutely beautiful! Thank you for the awesome service!! Appreciate it!

Just purchased my Champions league final tickets from 1Boxoffice!!! I've used many other online ticketing websites before and some of whom don't even have any contact details, they just send generic email reply's back. I have found 1BoxOffice customer service superb, they are well informed, have good knowledge about many stadiums and seating locations. Having used 1Boxoffice for several years now, they have never let me down! Their ticket prices are very competitive and for previous events they have given us free upgrades. Highly recommended !!

I booked a ticket for Barcelona Vs at. Madrid april 6th, the ticket was double or triple priced for no reason I paid 400$ for a seat in a bad place even though they said it will be behind the goal, And also when the customer service talked to me they were very rude and disrespectful. If you want to book a ticket for a football match just go to the club official website and don’t let anyone to rip you off.
