Failed to turn up on time for an early morning pick up of around 4:45am to Teeside airport, this was pre-booked the day before, call handlers were not helpful only said driver would be 15 minutes late, driver turned up 15 minutes late and was an anxious trip to the airport although driver tried his best to speed up on the way. I have used station taxis a few times to the airport early morning with no issues. Would never use 1AB again especially for an airport run early in the morning

Do not book under any circumstance if you want to be anywhere on time. Customer service appalling, “it might be a few minutes” or i”it might be ten minutes” after already being 15 minutes late … absolutely useless. Unreliable.

Omg... had never needed a taxi in a long time. Tried to get one from the hospital after spending all day there in pain. I rang 1AB.. expecting a human to pick up.. Nope! Was A.I. gave up and got the bus home.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Am furious! Booked a taxi for a Docs appointment with time to spare because I know taxi companies are busy. 20 mins after I booked, still no taxi and when I called they said they were trying to find a driver so had to cancel and cancel my appointment. Used to use this company all the time so don't know what's happened to them but they are not to be trusted to even arrive now!!!
