Aristocraft designed and installed our fabulous kitchen in our new extension. The service was excellent from the start, Tom listened to our needs and created the perfect space for us based on our extension plans. Some changes were required to the initial design due to alterations made during the build, but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Dan coordinated the project, contacting us at regular intervals prior to and after install. Rob installed the kitchen, he was professional and courteous throughout. We then had a final visit from Glyn to ensure the install was of their expected standard and that we were happy. He has arranged to put right a few very minor snagging issues but nothing of any significance. We are extremely happy with the final product, the kitchen quality is beyond excellent, the units are well made and look fantastic. We could have gone for a cheaper kitchen and maybe got a similar look, but we would not have had the quality or the excellent service provided by Aristocraft. Thank you to all the team involved in our project. I finally have the kitchen of my dreams.

It looked like it was an expensive supplier so it was with little hope of finding fitted bedroom wardrobes at a reasonable price that we visited the Old Lode Lane showroom. It just goes to show that not all slick and professional looking suppliers are extortionately priced. We wanted an oak look but knew that we couldn't afford solid wood and the laminated wardrobes we had seen elsewhere looked plastic. The wardrobes supplied by Aristocraft through Kindred look like the real thing. We love the look and every day enjoy the smooth-running internal drawers and the convenient storage that they provide. Tom, in the Solihull showroom, was very helpful throughout and when there were a couple of issues, he resolved them very quickly. The fitter did a brilliant job too. All in all, we are very pleased with the service and the product and would have no hesitation in recommending them for high quality and value.

Wanted to use a local company and Aristocraft was literally across the road. Tom in the showroom was brilliant from start to finish and it was his drive and enthusiasm, as well as his designs that persuaded us to go with them. Started before Covid19 so there were delays but no one's fault. Manager Richard paid us visits during the planning process and early build of our extension. On re opening after Covid, we were prioritised as we had been without a kitchen for 11 weeks. The kitchen fitter Chris, I would recommend to anyone. Have never seen someone to take as much time and care over his work. This left us with a fantastic end result which we are over the moon with. Tom also helped us with the quartz worktop and glass splashback along the way. Owner Glyn visits at the completion to ensure total satisfaction and he had a couple of small things rectified quickly for us. We have already recommended a couple of our friends to Aristocraft here in Solihull..Great job team Dave and Deb
