Ordered a pair of trainers, sent the wrong pair. Delivery address that was offered by them is not an address that DPD use, so subsequently it took 14 days for them to arrange a collection. I was offered a discount for a replacement order, which arrived in good time, only to again be sent the same incorrect item. I believe this to be false advertising of the product. Unfortunately I do not recommend.

I purchased some boots. My original order was mishandled by a third party company, 18montrose were quick to email and help me with the situation. I was then able to re-purchase my boots easily, quickly and received good customer support throughout my purchase. The product I received was high quality, at a great value price and I am very pleased and impressed using the online shop. Will continue to purchase items. I recommend buying items that you know will fit, and or things you don't mind paying for a shipping/returns label for. They typically do not pay for free shipping/returns labels. Other than that its a very good service!

First time I have used them and won't be using them again. The products themselves were fine but were delivered late despite me paying extra for overnight . Its just the customer services are non existent. I want to return an item and I can't access the info because their system is useless and there is no tel number, just a useless chatbot and and an email address where they do not try to help. In fact I would say they deliberately make it difficult to return stuff- It's the first and last time I will use them-too much of a hassle!
