  Let me express my commendation to Dr Neo who was in charge of my tooth implant surgery treatment for the past 6 months. My colleagues referred me via (very positive) word of mouth to see the doctor. The first consultation was arranged 6 weeks later. It was worth to wait that long though when I realised I found such a good specialist. After the initial examination Dr Neo provided 3 alternative options with all pros & cons, timeline, outcome and cost to consider in terms of my situation. In the end, the price offered for my tooth implant was very reasonable. Every time before my treatment resumed, doctor would explain the incoming steps very clearly so I could prepare myself well and stay more relaxed during the treatment. Dr Neo was always focused to make the final result look as perfect as possible, taking care of all details. Some dentists that I saw before used to be too proud and impatient. Dr Neo was always kind and caring for his patients. I also had a tooth extraction performed by him, very efficient to the point that the tooth was taken out very fast which definitely reduced my stress levels. The wound healed quite fast and I only felt slight pain after the anaesthetic stopped working. Dr Neo speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese, which is a bonus.
