I bought a Mondraker off Si and Dan and Leo et al and their support has been fantastic. One year down the line there have been quite a few faults on the bike which the boys have resolved without complaint. There was a warranty claim needed and again they stepped up to the mark. They do a great job which is a fab. Full marks to the guys and would thoroughly recommend them as a shop to support.Steve.

Took my e bike in to get My dropper seat post fitted when I rang them they said it’s going to cost from 20 to 40 maximum then he rang me saying going to cost 65 pound so I complained and didn’t make sense none of the staff knew how long they had my bike for poor service i won’t be returning to this shop

First class service from Simon and the team. Bought my from them a few months ago and had some issues with the brakes. I rang and booked it in not only did they find the issue quickly they replaced a brake under warranty and fitted it that day with spares they had so I could ride this weekend. All free of charge! Highly recommended
