Just back from our overnight stay and it was excellent. The staff were all so friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely and a great range of cocktails to try. The room was quite small but had everything you needed for a short stay. All in all very good value for money. Been in a couple of times now when it’s been quiet. Staff are super friendly. Service from the kitchen is really slow, been like that on our last two visits. Ordered two burgers and there was only one other couple who ordered before us. Three in the kitchen two behind the bar. It took almost an hour for our food. This has now happened constantly and it’s a really shame as the food is decent (for Dunfermline). Burgers shouldn’t take that long too cook IMO.
