Food is here is amazing! Staff are even better! Great value for money, portions are decent and really good quality! Washed it down with the best iced mokka that I've ever had so definitely worth trying that too! Cherry on the cake with this place isn't the food or the amazing location, or the great vibe or even the iced mokka - for me, the guys running the place are some of the nicest staff that I've ever come across. I'm sad that I was just passing through - it's cute places like this that really make a city and I'm certainly planning to swing by the next time I'm in Brighton!

Incredibly small portion. I paid £9 for half a muffin and an egg… shame because it was really tasty, and my other friends paid a pound extra for other meals twice the size. So very overpriced for what you actually get, regardless of “good quality local produce” or any of that marketing fluff. The waiter asked if it was all okay and I was honest but really polite even after I’d paid! Met with a sarcastic comment about how muffins are usually served in halves 🤣 hilarious. Not for 9 quid they’re not mate. Numpty. As I said, such a shame because the food was really lovely - hence the three stars!
