I can strongly recommend reflexology here. Great experience really helped with my pain in joints( shoulders and knees) and Jackie put me at ease straight away!! A very friendly down to earth person. Been a few times now.. Well worth every penny. Will be going again very soon. Would give more stars if it would let me but carnt!! Well worth a try..

I had a course of six treatments to help with stress after leaving an old job. I'd also suffered a big disappointment in my personal life and was feeling very low in myself. Jacqui took all of that into account and tailored the sessions towards my needs. She focused on rebalancing my system and I found that the reflexology really helped me to feel calmer and more relaxed. It also helped me sleep better and helped stabilise my mood. I was a little sceptical prior to trying it, but I was surprised by just how effective it proved to be. I would encourage anyone who is open to the idea to trt it. I will definitely be having more again in the future.
