    Thankyou for fulfilling my last order. There was a bit of a delay but I trusted you had things in hand. I am almost always happy with my purchases from you, any minor issues are to do with colours of wigs being hard to evaluate on the screen of my little laptop.( I am fairly relaxed about this, just glad you are there ! ) Actually I did find that the Light Bernstein colour is a bit lighter than the last wig ordered in this shade. I will confer on the phone next time I order from you. Still very satisfied, many thanks x

    I visited Simply Wigs today to have a previously purchased wig trimmed and to look to purchase another one. I got a super friendly greeting from Sue and brilliant, helpful service too. I had a large range of styles to choose from, could have bought more! Super pleased with the wig that I chose and ordering the right colour was really easy. Really made such a difference to be able to try them, I certainly wouldn’t have chosen the same style if I’d only looked online. My second purchase from this super friendly company and it won’t be the last!!

I was made to feel extremely comfortable when emailing questions, as if we had known each other for years.     I generally do not leave reviews but felt I had to on this occasion. I purchased GLAMOUR MONO WIG ELLEN WILLE HAIR POWER wig. Wig is very big and lumpy and does not fit my head at all. The front ie "invisible" lace front is heavily and badly rooted on one side thus puckering and giving a very wig like look. I reached out to customer care and was sent a screen shot of t&c's showing wigs outside of UK could not be returned. (I am in Ireland) This was the level of customer care i was shown AN UPDATE TO REVIEW ABOVE After posting above Becca from Simply Wigs reached out to me and could not have been more understanding and helpful. I absolutely feel she listened to and took on board my concerns and we reached an agreement. Based on this further experience I would recommend Simply Wigs as an extremely pleasant accommodating company to deal with and Beccas communication with me was exemplary and turned my one star rating to 5 star
