The pricing structure means that you are free to attend the different if you are able to. 123 Krav Maga also runs seminars throughout the year which brings all of the centres together so the faces at Newbury were familiar. Baz ran the session that I attended as I was in the area and thanks to his combination of boxing, grab escapes, blind attacks and aerobic exercises I burnt 1300 calories.
