Absolutely horrible. DO NOT TAKE ANY THING VALUABLE HERE. I dropped off my favorite dress (finally found one that fits me and expensive) and I specifically asked them to not loose it…. It’s been three weeks now and they can not find my dress. The woman there is extremely defensive and un helpful going as far as blaming me for it being a white dress “as they have many white dresses” according to her. It’s sad but funny how terrible their service is. On top of loosing my favorite dress for three weeks, she told me in order for them to refund the amount of the dress, I have to show them the price online aswell as a bank statement. This is ridiculous as some people might have garment that were gifted to them or perhaps inherited, luckily I do have a bank statement but this is such a mess now for almost a month. Walking in there was the worst decision I could have made in hind sight. Just be smart and don’t go there. They take in too many items to keep track of and then blame it on you even though it’s their disorganization and profit driven business that is the problem. Complete lack of accountability. They sent my items to a charity shop because I was unable to pick it up due to being in hospital. I told the worker on the phone I was in hospital and couldn’t pick it up and now they’re claiming I hang up. Ridiculous!! 3 sentinmental blankets that I was very polite and said I could not pick up, could I get delivery for it. I called multiple times at the start of April.

Avoid this place! They lost my duvet cover and a single pillow case. I only have two sets of bedsheets which I rotate on a weekly basis. I dropped off a bed set from the White company consisting of 2x pillow cases, an under sheet and a duvet cover. When I dropped off my second set I collected this set only to discover the duvet cover was missing. I returned to drop off some things and when I mentioned it the lady in reception took no accountability and said “we never put things in different bags”, she didn’t even bother looking to see if it had been misplaced. The same happened again, with the pillow case. When I rang to address these missing items she blamed me and then said they have CCTV to prove I only left what they returned me. This added insult to injury. To make matters worse, they ruined my Club Monaco cashmere jumper. It came back with bobbling and the texture was weird. The items I opened smelled off and it didn’t look like a professional job. Finding several strands of hair in your sheets that was left for service is disconcerting. I have used many dry cleaners but non of them have lost my belongings then tried to gaslight their mistake. Unprofessional and totally dishonest.
