For 2 consecutive mornings, we have been awoken to one of your colleagues arriving at 5:15 am to begin works in a commercial unit below us, with drilling and constructive works beginning at 6:15 am. When approaching your employee asking him to politely not starting drilling so early, I was told: "I need to do this now, I can do whatever I like inside the confines of the store", then when asked what time you are legally meant to start works, he responded "I don't know". A clear ignorance for local bylaws and the wellbeing of the those around him. A very poor experience from my perspective as well as the wider community of leaseholders living above having to deal with this unnecessary grievance. I have lodged a complaint with local council and have alerted the area manager of the commercial unit regarding the incident this morning and yesterday.
