This time Leonard patched up and repainted the two openings on the wall and the ceiling, fixed the loose door, overhead shower and window knob. He has helped put cables under floorboard, tilling, plastering, grouting, stain proofing and sanding, small electric jobs, fan installation, and putting up Velux blinds. Oh, and hanging paintings on solid brick walls. He also knows about locks. He’s fast AND provides quality work. He’s also curious and is able to think through a problem others might not manage. Aside from that he’s a thoroughly nice guy and leaves the the place spotless. ‘Consideration’ is a word that comes to mind.
