Our front door barrel lock decided to stop working without notice leaveing my better half locked out of the house, I phoned Paul and arranged for him to visit which he did promptly and delt with everything very professionally. Excellent service and pricing, I was very happy to have everything sorted out with a new more secure ABS lock fitted that I expect will last more than the 2 years the sh*tty yale lock did!

Managed to lock myself out of the house with no way back in. Desperately searched for an emergency locksmith actually located in Wokingham so we did not have to sleep in the car and came across 101 Locksmiths. Fabulous discovery - Paul was with us within 20 mins and had us in the house within 15 mins. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient - definitely recommend.

Amazing service from Paul. Got locked out (left key in the lock inside) on Christmas Eve. He came over from Wokingham within 10 minutes to Finchampstead and got us in quickly. Also lubricated the locks and because he noticed our door didn’t close properly (and we had to lift the handle forcefully to lock it) he sorted that out too as part of the service (as he said ‘i charge for the hour so might as well sort that too’). Still cost me less than other locksmiths had quoted for just unlocking the door! Great service and very friendly, trustworthy chap. Will be recommending him to all who need a locksmith. Paul came out Friday evening after our lock broke on our door leaving us stuck outside in minus temperatures. Once phoned he was with has within 20 minutes. He talked us though exactly what he was doing, what parts he was replacing and gave some insight as to how our original lock broke. Very friendly man and efficient with his work. Would highly recommend should anyone have any issues with there locks in the future. Thanks again Paul!

Not only did Paul fix our temperamental front door lock, he actually improved it so that we could open it from both sides rather than just one. He arrived less than an hour after my call (and it wasn't even an emergency), and the only reason he didn't fix it all there and then is because he had to order a specific part. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a really nice guy. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Paul!
