After an almost compulsive question as to whether everything was okay with us, we were able to place our order. After that we received our wine in dirty glasses. Absolute cheek!! (Original) Positiv war die schöne Aussicht. Wir wurden nach erst 23! Minuten bedient, obwohl nur ca. 8 Personen in der Bar waren. Nach einer fast zwanghaften Frage ob alles okay ist bei uns, konnten wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben. Danach haben wir unseren Wein in schmutzigen Gläsern erhalten. Absolute Frechheit!!

Just quick feedback about Hilton Park lane 10 Sky Bar.. My friends and I visited 10 Sky Bar at Hilton Park lane and we were amazed at not only the quality of food and drinks but also the service from Roberta. She was so sweet and awesome. Every time I visit that place I am greeted with her joyful smile.. She’s phenomenal by far and one of the best waitress that I have met in Mayfair.. I cannot recommend this place enough! Such a warm and welcoming environment!

I was really excited to try 10 Degrees Sky Bar, as it has great reviews and offers stunning views of London. However, I was very disappointed with my experience. The food was overpriced for what it was, and the service was poor. We ordered the wagyu burger, and we weren't asked how we wanted the burger. They all came well done, and honestly, they were not very tasty. We also ordered the brownie dessert, which was small and disappointing. The service was slow, and we had to wait a long time for our food to arrive even though we had pre ordered before our arrival.
