    Con artists. These were a "trusted repairer" by my insurance company. Claimed to have replaced bumper, arch cover, fog light and fog light surround. In actuality they had only replaced the bumper and lamp. They even have the audacity to itemise the bill with a "quality check" which makes the dishonesty even worse. Waste of time, now it has to be collected all over again to do the job properly. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

    Whatever you do DONT use the company they are an absolute disgrace, tell your insurance company you are refusing to have them repair your car , my van hit something in the road and i lost my oil , my insurance company said this company would carry out the repairs,,they emailed me and said they needed photos of any damage i explained it was underneath and straight away they were not very helpfull after several days and lots of phone calls , they said they would send an engineer round who would lift the van up and see what was damaged , he never lifted the van he just laid on the floor hung his arm under and tried to take some pics with his phone , he went away after a few days no correspondence, and lots of phone calls ,,my insurance company said they would try to chase them up , shortly after i got an email from them saying after an extensive investigation by there engineers they were classing the van as a total loss write off, i argued this and said its a joke it hasnt even been examined properly , my insurance company suggested i get it checked myself by another garage, this i did and as expected it had damaged the sump , told my insurance company they said go ahead get it done , it was in the garage for one day , new sump from vw oil sensor , oil , filter + labour+vat recovery vehicle to get it to the garage £800, insurance paid me van back good as new ! REMEMBER DONT USE THIS COMPANY !

    My insurer sent them to me. Sent me an email saying they had tried to call me, (they didn't). Tried calling back 3 times, impossible to get through to them, 30 spent listening to rage a inducing tune. Tried emailing them, they haven't set up their server to allow emails. Tried raising a ticket on their website, no response. Live chat...NO RESPONSE. Absolute joke of a company. Service: General repairs & maintenance

    Disorganised repair centre which seems incapable of providing a timely and professional service. The repair of my car was delayed repeatedly over many months with a long list of excuses and a moving timeline for completion. When my car was finally returned after almost 5 months, the quality of the repair was sub-standard and it needed to be returned to the repair centre to be reworked. Service: Body & Trim

    One of the worst company’s I’ve had to deal with. Car was sent in for repairs on bumper via insurance. Rang me multiple times that the car was ready and would be back on a certain days- just for it not to turn up. Multiple calls getting nowhere having to complain to the insurance company multiple times for them to finally deliver the car back with damage to the rims and a slit in the tyre wall. Garage refused damaged was them but time stamped photos proved otherwise and insurance are now paying for a new tyre and rims. Don’t let your insurance company send you to them the bloke on the phone told me they are having multiple complaints about these people and are looking are not renewing the contract with them. Would rate 0 stars if i could

    Entire job is being redone elsewhere.... LV had ABL 1 Touch undertake my insurance repair and did an incredibly poor job over 5 weeks. The job was to replace front bumper, undertray and arch liner. The bumper was replaced but paint is full of dust and they have not painted into fog recesses. The paint is a poor colour match and not blended into the wings. The undertray and liner were not replaced, looking at dirt on the underside you can see they were likely never removed. Based on photos I took before collection, you can see the car was scratched and marked in a number of places. On querying the issues I was told all items were replaced and there was no comment on the damage. LV are now redoing the whole job with another bodyshop - they have been really good in all this, just have a very poor provider in ABL 1 Touch. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

    I was directed to send my car to this Basildon branch by LV ( car insurer). From start to finish they gave me inaccurate , misleading and confusing information. They outsource work to several different sites and other companies. My car was moved around with no one appearing to know where it was at times. Despite being assured this was a day’s work, I received a call to say it would be a week after I dropped it off. I had made it clear at the outset that I needed my car back within 24 hours as I was travelling over the bank holiday. I was happy to book it in later if they couldn’t do this. However, they were adamant it was a day job. I spoke to the head office of one touch - Jack , the senior production manager, Gareth and Terry. All of whom blamed everyone except themselves as did John at head office. I chased my car around Basildon for nearly three hours. In the office at Luckyn lane I waited over an hour despite the fact that my car was a few minutes away awaiting a 20 minute job. This was the third site it had been on in 24 hours. All of this was after a call in which I had booked my car in on the basis it would be done in a day and I would not need a courtesy car. Truly appalling service and a source of Shame to the Basildon businesses who are largely effective, supportive, organised and helpful. Eventually Rob on the Luckyn lane site helped retrieve the car. Head office were easily contactable and helpful when they required payment and had direct lines to the local offices at this point but were unable to contact anyone in Basildon a few hours earlier when I needed help to retrieve my car. Shockingly disorganised, disingenuous and felt very sorry for the people on the ground who were trying to do their best particularly Kuba at the pod ( very young lad, very polite and should be running the company) and thanks to Terry who did eventually bring my car back.
