I got my laptop repaired here a few years ago, Technician dealing with me was rude, surly, had poor communication skills I received a text message saying my laptop was ready to pick up. I travelled by bus to collect it, and was told the text was a mistake and that it wasn't ready yet! I paid £100 for a simple repair that I was told involved just touching up the power connector with solder. This was in 2015. Several years later, I've now been spammed with 5 text messages in a row from this company advertising their new location. I have never opted in for marketing from this company and I am not sure why they feel it is necessary (or OK under GDPR) to retain my contact details after 8 years or so. Avoid avoid avoid.

The person who run the business is so rude and have no respect with his customers. Disappointing experience and will not recommend others to use his service. Drive around 100 miles to buy the Epos system but because of his rudeness stopped and come back. Just wasted my time and money for fuels.

Horrible experience at this place. The owner who is the Scottish guy is completely rude an starts swearing at you when you question what work he has done on your device. After completing absolutely no work on my device he starts swearing at me an throws my money at me. His dog walks all around the shop an when I explained to him I’ve got Friday prayers an I can’t be near him his reply was “ she loves the fun what can I do ya” to which I said I can’t have him near me or else I have to shower again. He replied to that by saying “don’t worry mate you can always go home and shower again” Horrible Scottish fella is the owner. Please save your money guys it’s not worth it. I’ve come from Bulgaria an have not recieved a bad experience in this country till today !!
