I ordered and paid for some items through their website on the 26th June and paid 1st class postage! I never received the items, I contacted them but I had to chase it up a few days later as I heard nothing! I was asked if I wanted a refund or the items resending I have heard nothing since! No refund, no items, no communication! I have now escalated this via PayPal

I ordered flower wires, colourings and PME curved tweezers. My order arrived fairly quickly without paperwork and missing the tweezers. After an email I was told the item was out of stock and due in within a day and would be posted straight away. No further communication and no order arrived. After another email that was not replied to some tweezers arrived without branding or packaging, simply wrapped in bubble wrap. Not brilliant communication or customer service.

Fantastic staff and service, nothing is to much trouble, even though I make cakes myself I was having a problem one day, my cakes kept sinking in the middle, the lady come out of the kitchen and went through my baking process with me, she recommended a flower nail which worked perfectly, and their cakes look and more importantly taste Devine would highly recommend. (Even though we have the same surname we are not at all related)
