I have never come across such a rude receptionist in my life. I’ve been buzzed in, hoping to speak with someone whom I had spoken to earlier on the phone and walk into a spacious and homely looking reception. Unfortunately the friendly reception I was in, was not the friendly reception I got. For at least 5 minutes, the receptionist was having an evidently personal phone conversation with someone I can only assume was a great friend of hers, genuinely gossiping. Talking about Al and Paul, she ensured to reiterate to the person on the other end, that she said to Al that things are misquoted. I was still waiting to speak with her... The worst part isn’t that she was on the phone completely ignoring my existence, it was the fact that she visibly turned away as if I wasn’t there so she could continue her conversation. After 5 minutes of waiting and clearly, I wasn’t going to be spoken to, there were two lovely clerks or assistant clerks in the room opposite who were helpful enough to answer my question and with a smile.
