You have to prebook before you need the taxi. So for example if I need a taxi for 3:30 I’d book for 3:15 because they only offer your job at your booked time they do not arrive at your booked time. Not very reliable, always late and understaffed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Thought it was legit taxi firm giving a service. Ordered a taxi to make a connection for a train and was asked what time my train was. I pre booked my train tickets so it was cheaper and easier so they were non refundable. Taxi firm was 5 minutes late..ok I thought I planned to leave myself plenty of time in case, I called them and was told he had dropped off and would be with me immediately. 15 minutes later and a lot of panicking later he arrived 20 minutes late no apology. Got to the train station late, not amused so I contacted the taxi firm via their contact us and hey still no apology or acknowledgment. Shocking service and will let anyone and everyone who I meet know about this company and to avoid at all costs.
