Shocking service, 40 minutes late picking us up , then taxi was using a mobile phone to track trip , when booking a private hire cab should be at set rate , but thus was used at Hackney carriage. I'll be contacting TVBC on Tuesday to confirm this

Really easy to book by phone. The system remembers my details which makes for a speedy conversation. Taxis are always on time, so all in all, brilliant service and I keep coming back. Thank you. If I can request improvements, it would be to fix the app and allow options to pay in app and get electronic receipts etc.
