Visited Monica for a 1940s outfit 2 weeks ago. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about which items look authentic. She had a huge selection of various outfits in lots of different sizes too. Great fun trying things on and nothing was too much trouble. Kitted me out in a WAFF uniform! I would highly recommend 1-2-1 for all your fancy dress and period costumes. Very reasonable priced too at only £25 for the whole outfit.

Monica is extremely lovely and helpful and really makes the effort to help you pick a perfect outfit for the occasion with as many accessories as you please. They are very affordable and fair with their deposits and return times, and the clothes are always fresh and clean. She has a beautiful huge upstairs room absolutely full of amazing stuff (I highly doubt there is any fancy dress she doesn’t have 🤣) I have so far been a pirate and a Viking! Highly recommend this to anybody looking for great quality and affordable fancy dress. Thanks Monica, see you next time! X
