Terrible service , 3 engineers visited the property, each engineer promised a return to fit a part ,we’re still waiting . We’ve had a faulty boiler and hot water system for over 3 months now. Reported fault via Lloyds insurance company. Was put on hold for 50mins and then phone cut off.

I've just got a text saying you will send an engineer to my property tomorrow. You better not. I've not organised a visit. In fact your company has bombarded me with phone calls and I've told you that my boiler is not due for a gas check until Dec. Do not ring me and do not send anyone to my house. Update - engineer phoned me to say he was on his way. I said I did not arrange a visit and no one is in. He said he still had to go and take a photo of the outside of my house as proof he went. Is this so you can charge edf for a visit?

Rang earlier today to request an engineer appointment to have a Hive system installed and was told “we don’t send engineers out to change a thermostat.” However, on their website they claim to offer a ‘no obligation quote should you want to upgrade your heating system to smart controls.’

This company was recommended to me by the washing machine manufacturer for repairs outside of the warranty period. I called them; very soon someone spoke to me saying that as I needed a repair outside the warranty, they had to put me through to their Sales Team. I was waiting on the line for 50 minutes until I was cut off.

5 or 6 visits, 2 different people for a machine that leaks randomly and no one can figure out why!! And still leaking to this day from 2 places, no one will say its unfit for use and still no machine that works properly that's 6 months old, asks for a date of experience on here but this has been going on for 6 months.

Had a quote for solar panels around June 2022. They came to look around and gave a competitive quote. When we decided to go ahead they said they needed to do a survey which was £150 and would be deducted from the final amount. We waited until after our holidays, and arranged for the survey in late September 2022. After we paid the £150, the quote suddenly increased by 20%, around £1450 not happy. The cost of the panels has actually reduced and also the battery and invertor. The extra cost is pure profiteering and greed based on high demand for solar systems. Be wary of this company's policy of quoting low and then increasing after you have committed to a survey.
