Regular customer , 2 minutes from establishment. Every order delivered with complimentary prawn crackers which the dogs absolutely love. Placed order no prawn crackers so the next time i asked for the prawn crackers for the dogs and did not look at the bill until 4 or 5 orders later and noticed all of a sudden they were charging me £2.30 for a portion of prawn crackers !!! Now if you know what prawn crackers are made off then you will realise why I am so upset as a regular customer to be scammed like this. If you live in the area there is a Chinese restaurant next door who do deliveries and do not charge for prawn crackers and far less greasy . Phil.
