    I throughly enjoyed the Intro to Indian Club kickstart program. It gives you quite a bit of information such as stance, where the club should be in relation to your body, how to hold the club, obtaining pace and gradual progressive steps to make a sequence. It is very good pace with lots of examples. I recommend for a good start with Indian clubs.

    I have both purchased the Indian Club plastic handles (complete with weighted inserts), 3 clubbell training programmes (101, 201, 301) and just completed the 5 Day Clubbell Kickstarter program that they run on Facebook. Quality of teaching is excellent, Terry is clearly a very experienced Clubbell teacher. I have done clubbell programmes in the past, yet I found myself learning new ways to improve my clubbell flows with Terry's numerous training tips given in all his videos. For any beginner I feel the Heroic Sport way of teaching is a must and will avoid wasting time and potential injury that can happen when newbies jump into the other programs out there (in my experience). As for the Clubbell Handles - good price and solid! Have two joined together with a 1.5l bottle full of sand - absolutely no flexing or sense that these won't last me years. Highly recommended!!!

    I used to go to the gym and do the standard Pull, Push, Swat and Core all with weights and machines. Now at 64 I am looking for mobility strength. I’ve been following Heroic sport for a while and I purchased hanuman Rama workout program and I thoroughly enjoy it, because in a short space of time I hit all the muscle groups and cardio, with his easy to follow along workouts and you can load your clubs depending on what you want to achieve that day, similar to using kettle bells. When the challenge came along, I got excited and Thierry did not disappoint I learnt so much in three weeks he introduced us to working 5 set of exercises and we did it in different ways. At the beginning I started with a 3kg club and 5 sets of push ups and at the end of the challenge I was using 5.5 kg club and 10 sets push up. I discovered a flow that one can zone into that makes the work out easier. I am recommending the 21-day challenge to anyone new to clubs or not and wants mobility/combat strength in their training.     I have been familiar with Heroic Sport products for over a year now. My child has special needs and as he has gotten bigger I hurt my back pretty bad lifting him in the winter. I have been recovering slowly was hesitant to start strength activities again but decided to give the 5 day kick start course a try. I enjoyed it so much and it gave me the confidence to exercise more! I then signed up for Heroic Sports 21 day challenge and let me tell you...I was so impressed with the exercises and how I have started getting some baseline strength back. My upper body strength has improved, I am able to get into a deep squat again, and my back pain has improved to where I am able to move, sit, and sleep with little to no pain. I enjoy the community approach Thierry and Ron have to their training and products and it is great to learn from them and also other like minded people all over the world.
