I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with DEAS Denmark for a rental apartment, and I must say, it was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, their customer service was abysmal, leaving me frustrated and regretting my decision to rent from them. First off, their communication was absolutely horrendous. It took ages for them to respond to my inquiries, and even then, their responses were vague and unhelpful. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a simple answer about the lease terms or the move-in process. It's as if they deliberately keep their clients in the dark to prevent us from realizing the extent of their incompetence. But the real kicker came when I moved out of the apartment. Not only did they charge exorbitant amounts for basic wear and tear, but they also added on ridiculous fees for supposed "refurbishment" that were completely unjustified. It's almost like they were trying to squeeze every last penny out of me. When I questioned these charges, their customer service team was, unsurprisingly, unresponsive and dismissive. Overall, my experience with DEAS Denmark was a prime example of how a company can thrive on terrible customer service and deceptive practices. They seem to have perfected the art of making their clients feel like they're being taken for a ride. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy, and I strongly advise anyone considering renting from DEAS Denmark to think twice and explore other options. Save yourself the headache and heartache and steer clear of this rental company.

I cannot express enough how thoroughly disappointed I am with the service provided by DEAS It has become an arduous task to even reach them, as their communication is consistently unresponsive . Considering the significant amount of money I pay in rent, the level of service provided is far from satisfactory. I expected prompt maintenance and repairs to ensure a comfortable living environment, but unfortunately, those expectations have not been met.Timely resolution of maintenance issues is crucial, particularly when they have a direct impact on the well-being and daily functioning of tenants , but apparently the only thing they care about is to get the money in advance.if you can, choose other companies.

Terrible customer service, team 14 couldn’t return the overpayment from my side for more than 6 months, though they have confirmed that there was an overpayment… My prepaid rent was also forgotten when the last invoice was raised. DEAS is great in only collecting money upfront, the rest is absolute mess and unreliability. Great apartments, terrible property management, was renting with them for 1 year. There is no official way on the website to raise a complaint or to escalate.
